The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is right near the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. The room we stayed in was clean, cosy, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, even accommodating our early check-in request. The facilities provided were great, including a well-equipped suite and a lift for easy access to the higher floors.
The hotel had some issues with the QR codes used for access, as mentioned in one of the reviews. This caused some inconvenience and frustration for guests trying to enter their rooms.

Staying here was a great experience! I loved being just a minute away from the tram stop - it made getting around so easy. The room had everything I needed, from a cosy sitting area to a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Plus, the staff were top-notch! They not only provided excellent housekeeping, but went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I appreciated the little touches like complimentary toiletries and having tea and coffee facilities in my room.
Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

We loved the convenient check-in and check-out process using a QR code. The hotel facilities were well-designed and fully equipped. The comfortable bed mattress and soft pillows provided great comfort. The room had a small kitchen, perfect for having breakfast or snacks. The rainfall shower was spacious and hard to leave. The hotel's location next to a tram station made it easy to explore the city, and it was also close enough to the city center, which we could reach on foot or by bike.
Nothing could have been better.

The location of De Jonker Urban Studios & Suites was excellent, with a central area just a short walk away. We loved being able to explore the city easily. there were plenty of coffee shops in the vicinity, making it convenient for a quick caffeine fix. The kitchenette in the room was also well-equipped, great to prepare our own meals.
One drawback was that the room had some issues with noise, as the windows didn't close properly. This affected our sleep quality.

Spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms. Perfect location, right across from the 14 Tram stop and the ARTIS Zoo. Responsive staff, quick to address any needs. Cool area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Great for friends going out at nights

Convenient design with thoughtful touches , close to tram stop for easy city access. Nice decor, spacious room with comfortable bed. Quiet location with nearby amenities. Clean, well-equipped kitchen with large fridge and useful coffee machine. Effective curtains and air conditioner. Enjoyed provided robe and slippers.
